If you wish to change your username, you can do so in the security tab in your Core Settings once a month (under your email and password section) or contact the Model Support team for assistance.
If you have yet to pick a stage name, you can do so in the account details tab in your Core Settings under the Account Information section. If the stage name you want is taken or if you already have a stage name and want to change it, contact the Model Support team for assistance.
To change your avatar and cover photo, log in to your Pornhub Model account and access the "Profile Details" tab in your Core Settings.
Select "Add Profile Picture" or "Add Banner Picture" and upload a custom image or choose from a variety of cover photos available.

Minimum image size is 400 x 400 pixels.
Maximum image size if 2048 x 2048 pixels.
Cover Photo:
Minimum image size 1323 x 270 pixels.
The first step is to add your partner as a Co-Performer. Once they've been approved, head to your user settings, click on Personal Information under Member Profile, and then Gender Change Request Form next to Gender. Once you select Couple from the dropdown menu, you can pick which co-performer you'd like to include in your Couple. You'll then have to upload a photo of you and your partner in order to verify that you are a Couple in the Model Program.
If you would like to change your gender after you have been verified, you can change it in your user settings. Open section Personal Information and click Gender Change Request Form.
If you need to reset or change your password, you can do so in the Password tab of your Core Settings.
If you are unable to sign in, you can contact the Model Support team with your username, new password and a verification image in order to confirm your identity!
Please log in to your account and go to the Payments tab in your Core Settings.
*If you have check please ensure the address on file is accurate to where you wish to have the check mailed to*
The “Address on File” will automatically match the address the one you entered on the Account Details tab in your Core Settings. If the Country of the recipient account does not match the Country listed in your payment details, you will need to update your address.
Payment information must be submitted no later than three (3) business days following the start of the payment month.
Example: Earnings accumulated from July 1st to July 31st will be paid during the month of August, thus your payment details must be updated by the third (3rd) business day of August – if August 1st is a Sunday, then the update should be completed by August 4th (Wednesday)
*Please note that if your payment details are not updated within the given time frame, your payment may not be issued with the new information. If you wish to change your address/payment method within the first week of the month — outside of this deadline — please contact us.
You can choose exactly where your profile and content is (or isn't) visible with our Geoblocking tool.
Just visit the Geo Blocking tab in your Core Settings. There you'll be able to choose which countries to block your profile and content from. For the USA and Canada, you can also geoblock at the state/province level by clicking the + button.
This feature works on all of our sites.
Once you've selected your blocked regions, hit Save and you're done!
Note: It could take up to 8 hours for it to take effect once you click Save.
Please note: Only video content will be blocked. Thumbnails and previews may still be shown in the blocked country. It is impossible to guarantee this 100% as some people may mask their IP address while browsing, therefore we cannot detect where they are browsing from. While geoblocking is a great tool to use, it is not a guarantee or foolproof.
